Seth shows off his new copy of Mystery of the Abbey. The game, if you are curious, is like Clue, but complicated enough to make your ears bleed. ...or it's just too much for my little brain.

Keith runs his Monday Hackmaster game. This is one of two Hackmaster games that runs at Phoenix Games every week.
Laura and the Amazing Multi-Coozie
In the store, we sell little pouches for the gamer soap (soap with dice in them). Laura one day discovered that these could be great bondage devices. Below is Laura trying to purchase a soda without using her hands. She was not able to get the bottle open. Then later she decided to bite Erin just for the fun of it.

Vampire: the Eternal Struggle continues to be popular at Phoenix Games. Every Tuesday, players come from as far as Connecticut to play.

I came into the store one morning and started the normal opening routine involving turning on the computer. When I returned, it was off again. I turned it back on and continued to open. It turned off again. I turned it on and watched. It started to boot, beeped, and turned off. I then tried to connect it to the other computer to get the data off the hard drive. Eventually, it was determined that something was loose inside the computer. The solution was to hit the computer if it didn't boot. This generally made it work, and eventually knocked the processor fan which had been vibrating back into proper alignment.

Every once in a great while, I will a Magic Booster draft. One of these occasions was in January, and the best card in the redraft was that Oblvion stone which I hold proudly in my hand.

The picture behind this link is for mature audiences. This is a picture of when Erin and Laura decided to take off their bras in the middle of the store.

In January, Erin and I came up with the great idea of starting a web site called paintedminis.com. The idea was for local miniature painters to have a place to put their minis to sell them online. About three weeks later, we realized that we did not have the high quality digital cameras or other infrastructure needed to run the site well. Here, Erin paints another of the miniatures that she is so good at painting.

Our lovely model Laura shows of the latest in Gothic fashion, the chain coif and breastplate.

Our other lovely model, William shows off the chain coif and black cloak combination.
Warlord Southern Kingdoms Pre-Release

In January, we had the honor of hosting our first Warlord event: the pre-release for Southern Kingdoms. The event went quite well, and we hope to hold many more Warlord events in the future.
